Duties

You will perform customer liaison duties, prepare contract specifications and government estimates, and material identification and services procurement for the Facilities Maintenance Department.

You will support the basic maintenance and repair requirements of the buildings and structures aboard MCAS Cherry Point and its outlying fields.

The incumbent receive, review, and analyze assigned work requests for applicability and appropriateness in accordance with provisions and directives of Marine Corps Real Property Facilities Manual.

You will provide technical assistance to maintenance personnel when service ticket response indicates additional clarification and evaluation is necessary to complete the maintenance requirement.
