Join our team at Johnstone Supply as a full-time HVAC Inside Sales Specialist in Easton, PA! You will provide information about our light commercial HVAC products, assist with pricing, and offer technical support. You'll prepare and follow up on quotes and bids, and work closely with our outside sales team, vendors, and internal departments to ensure our customers are satisfied. You will keep track of project timelines and order statuses while maintaining accurate records in our CRM and ERP systems. You'll also participate in marketing campaigns and stay updated on new products and industry trends.QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC INSIDE SALES SPECIALISTHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, technical support, or inside salesProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/ERP systemsStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applicationsAbility to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications is advantageousCommitment to honesty and ethical behavior, with the ability to foster a positive team environmentExperience in the light commercial HVAC industry is a plus.
