Must live in commutable distance to White Flint/ Rockville, MD. ***This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. *** Description OBAN Corporation is seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to support a federal agency client. The Workforce Planning Specialist will be part of a new centralized shared services model team. Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, and reporting on current and future staffing needs. Other responsibilities may also include: Recruitment and Talent Management Strategic Planning Workforce Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years' relevant experience within a federal agency. Demonstrated excellence in recruitment, talent management, and strategic planning. Strong verbal and written skills to be able to interact with a wide variety of staff and senior management. Demonstrated excellence in time and project management skills. Strong problem solving, organizational, and analysis skills. Certification as a Certified Workforce Planning Professional (CWPP) a plus.
