Alpha Client Implementation Lead, Vice President

Who we are looking for Experienced Project/Program management candidate with in-depth experience of the full lifecycle of complex FS technology and services projects. Candidates who can lead and collaborate across State Street & Charles River products and services, and represent the STT enterprise culture traits and behaviors to deliver the Alpha solution to our clients. Responsibilities Lead client‑facing Alpha implementation programs and manage significant elements or phases of the program. Plan and proactively monitor progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action with relevant teams. Support the Client Implementation Executive in ensuring timely delivery of the program. Communicate guidance and decisions from Oversight and Leadership groups, such as the Deal Team and Executive Committee, to program and product owners. Design program milestone planning and sequencing of phases; recommend decisions to the Client Implementation Executive and the client. Monitor expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits. Provide insight for solutions, develop in‑depth knowledge of assigned projects/products, and define fit‑for‑purpose solutions. Support capturing of business requirements and agreement on target operating models. Manage risk to the program’s successful outcome and oversee the change‑control process. Ensure delivery of new capabilities or services is on time and within budget. Manage dependencies, reporting, and interfaces between dependent initiatives as part of the milestone plan. Report program progress at regular intervals to steering committees. Additional Requirements Agree on contract structure and schedules with Legal and product owners during the contractual negotiation phase. Define business owners and recommend input to service schedules. Define the Migration/Transition schedule, assumptions, phasing/sequencing, developments, timing, and dependencies. Hold business SMEs accountable for discussions with legal and the client on specific clauses and schedules. Education & Preferred Qualifications Degree in a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry. Experience with Microsoft Office suite and JIRA. Salary Range The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
