Steward - 2684 River Spirit Casino Resort | Food and Beverage | Full Time Department: TUL Stewarding Property: River Spirit Casino Resort Location: Tulsa, OK, US, 74137 Full-Time/Part-Time: Full Time Summary: Under the direction of the Sous Chef on duty, the incumbent is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the dish machine Responsibilities: Operates dish machine and a three compartment washing sink. Ensures highest sanitation levels for all items previously used so that they may be used again in clean condition and free of any contamination risk. Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition. Stocks all plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning. Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment. Must have working knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation. Maintains care and cleanliness of kitchen equipment, walk-ins, work areas, utensils, etc. Maintains a professional appearance at all times. May assist culinary staff when required. Assumes/performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required. Education: Ability to read, write and understand English. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience: Basic computer skills, including email, time-clocks/electronic time-clocks. Previous experience required. Licenses/Certifications: Tulsa County Food Handler's Card is required for all F&B positions.
