Isaac partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.Responsibilities:Perform installations of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, fireplaces, AC units etc. for residential clientsInteract with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concernsEnsure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departureSafely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the jobPerform other duties as assigned by your managerJob Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent required2-5 years of HVAC experience preferredOSHA 10-hour Certificate and/or EPA Universal Certification preferredValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record requiredCompetencies:Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skillsExceptional customer service skillsTechnical knowledgeStrong organizational skillsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamCustomer focusedProblem-solving skillsThe starting base range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00/hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
