You will report to the Site Manufacturing Engineering Director and have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY.This position will lead a high-visibility transformation within our machining and support operations. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a major transition into our Advanced Integrated Manufacturing (AIM) facility shaping the future of how we build, scale, and innovate.In this role, you will lead a cross-functional engineering team across machining, tool design, and special processes, while driving both operational performance and long-term strategic initiatives.
