INVENTORY CONTROLLER

Rotating Shifts

5:00 am - 5:30 pm

$21.01 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Maintain warehouse management system (WMS) locations within SAP.
• Track and schedule inbound containers.
• Create, label, size, and maintain warehouse bin locations.
• Process inventory location changes and system adjustments as needed.
• Generate cycle count data for finished goods and component inventory.
• Prepare daily and weekly cycle count reports and inventory accuracy metrics.
• Perform weekly inventory reconciliation between the Brownwood facility and off-site warehouse inventory.
• Monitor material flow and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse transfer locations.
• Generate reports on warehouse storage capacity and utilization.
• Support annual physical inventory by running reports and entering inventory data.
• Create, update, and maintain ISO documentation related to WMS and cycle counting processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of warehouse operations experience.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP inventory control and WMS transactions.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of SAP warehouse capacity planning.
• Understanding of warehouse inventory control and cycle counting processes.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
