Job Description
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives by managing schedules, coordinating travel, preparing meetings, and handling communications. This role ensures smooth operation of daily activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars including scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare materials and agendas for meetings
- Handle incoming communications and correspondence efficiently
- Organize and maintain confidential documents and files
- Track and process expense reports
- Plan and execute company events as needed
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all interactions
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support
- Associate degree in Office Management or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong skills in calendar management and communication
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality
- Effective problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
