We’re working with a client reinventing veterinary medicine with a digital-first, vertically integrated model that combines in-clinic care, mobile units, pharmacy, and app-based support into one seamless experience for pets and their owners.

This is a full-time, permanent role with daytime hours, but it’s far from routine. We’re creating a modern practice from the ground up and seeking someone who thrives in an evolving, innovative environment.

About the Role

We seek a compassionate, client-focused Associate Veterinarian with strong clinical skills and a collaborative mindset. You’ll be part of a highly supportive team committed to delivering personalized, expert-driven care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing medical exams and developing treatment plans
• Administering vaccines, medications, and interventions
• Communicating clearly with pet owners about care and outcomes
• Collaborating across the care team to ensure continuity and quality
• Maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Is excited to help build a new kind of clinic
• Can roll with the flow – flexible, adaptive, and eager
• Values innovation and wants to shape a new approach to veterinary care
• Has 2+ years of experience as an Associate Veterinarian
• Is licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts
