• Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, in accordance with each client’s care plan.
• Assist clients with mobility and transferring, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
• Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional support, including feeding assistance if needed.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor clients' health as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, changes in clients' conditions, and any incidents or concerns.
• Foster a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families, enhancing their quality of life and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to implement and update care plans.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and health standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a certified Home Health Aide program preferred.
• Previous experience as an HHA or in a similar caregiving role is a plus.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Empathy, patience, and a strong desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if required for client visits.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
