General Manager

Job Overview General Manager role at a McDonald’s franchise restaurant. The franchisee is the employer. Responsibilities include running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Work with a leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them. Lead a team of Assistant Managers to set their own goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction. Hire and develop Assistant and Shift Managers to build the right team. Qualifications Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations. Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
