Junior Administrative Assistant

Description: NSI requires a Junior Administrative Assistant to support the PMA 261 CH-53K Sustainment Team. The Junior Administrative Assistant will manage calendars, schedule Teams/Outlook virtual meetings, and reserve conference rooms. Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, meeting briefs, and other documents. Attend meetings as required, document minutes, track action items, and follow-up on tasks and action items. Support document routing, version control, and file electronic and paper-based documents in designated folders. Monitor milestone deadlines and deliver reminders to support timely completion of tasks and deliverables. Coordinate travel requests, arrangements, vouchers, and related administrative documentation in the Defense Travel System (DTS). Update organizational charts, phone lists, and Teams/Outlook Meeting Makers. Update organizational charts, phone lists, and Teams/Outlook Meeting Makers. Support other team members with administrative tasks and projects.

Location: Lexington Park, MD

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative or office support. Microsoft Office 365 intermediate level proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, multitasking, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and customer relations skills. Strong proactive problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
