If you have 10+ years in Telecommunications-Utility construction , expertise in bidding, estimating, and managing projects ($3M and above) , and a talent for building strong client relationships , we want you on our team! Your Key Qualifications Expertise in Telecom & Electrical Estimating – Strong bid work and unit price contract experience. Business Development Skills – Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and foster client relationships. Project Management Mastery – Proven experience in leading and delivering projects successfully from start to finish. Tech-Savvy – Proficiency with contract status reports, Excel, estimating software, and project management tools. Financial & Budgeting Skills – Forecasting, scheduling, cost control, and variance analysis. Strong Communication & Leadership – Ability to collaborate effectively , lead teams, and engage with clients confidently. Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to assess challenges, develop solutions, and streamline project processes. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge – Familiarity with permitting processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Security Clearance & Base Pass – Must be eligible to obtain Military Security Clearance (if applicable). Valid Professional References – Must provide three references from previous companies where you reported directly to a manager or supervisor.
