Job Description
Title: Rehabilitation Therapist - Speech Therapy

Schedule: Generally set schedule, 5 days per week, likely to include 1 weekend day.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 26 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Normal

Requirements:
- Active state license in Hawaii required by start of assignment.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience with proficiency in Modified Barium Swallow Studies completion without supervision from a radiologist.
- BLS certification.
- Rehab licensure in appropriate discipline.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct modified barium swallow studies independently.
- Provide rehabilitation therapy in an acute care setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.

Compliance / Notes:
- Must arrive the Thursday before start for an employee health appointment on Friday.
- Dress code: Scrubs or per facility policy.
