Suite Server

Position Suite Server – Seasonal, Part‑Time – Reports to Premium Services Manager – FLSA: Hourly/Non‑Exempt Venue PNC Field, home of the Scranton/Wilkes‑Barre RailRiders. A 10,000‑seat professional baseball stadium with suites, premium seating and event spaces. Responsibilities Provide attentive, professional in‑suite food and beverage service to all guests. Review suite orders, event details, and guest instructions prior to each event. Prepare suites before each event, ensuring all food and beverages are properly stocked, organized, and presentation‑ready. Maintain suite presentation and cleanliness throughout the event. Execute guest orders accurately and in a timely manner, coordinating with the kitchen team as needed. Monitor and replenish suite inventory throughout the event to maintain service standards. Assist with catering functions and demonstrate flexibility by supporting multiple service roles as needed, including bartender, server, and catering support. Uphold responsible alcohol service standards in compliance with company and PLCB regulations. Process additional orders through POS systems and ensure accurate billing. Clear suites after the event, ensuring proper storage and disposal of items. Assist with promotional and upselling initiatives, including desserts and beverage features. Complete all opening and closing duties assigned by the Managers. Maintain clear communication with Managers and Kitchen Staff to ensure efficient operations. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or event operations preferred. Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices is an asset. Must be at least 18 years of age. Strong customer service and communication skills. Detail‑oriented and able to perform independently while supporting the team. Excellent organization and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting. Positive, team‑oriented attitude with a focus on delivering superior service. Working Conditions & Physical Demands Location: On‑site at PNC Field. Work requires frequent walking, climbing stairs, carrying food or beverage trays, lifting weights up to 20–25 lbs, bending, reaching, and twisting. Work may be indoors and outdoors, exposed to varied temperatures and crowded conditions. Requires clear vision and speech to communicate effectively and ensure safe service. Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are necessary.
