Production Engineering ManagerThe Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Fabrication organization is seeking a Production Engineering Manager to join the Fabrication Production Engineering team located in Hazelwood, MO.This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of Manufacturing, Industrial and Liaison Engineers supporting part fabrication across multiple Boeing platforms. This role will require the ability to plan, organize and direct activities to meet cost, schedule and performance goals. The manager in this role will guide the day-to-day activities of engineers responsible for production support. The position will partner cross-functionally to accelerate innovation, improve efficiency, and strengthen manufacturing readiness across multiple programs and the site.Position Responsibilities:Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in Production Engineering.Develop and execute project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures.Set operational goals and acquire necessary resources for projects and processes.Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.Oversee and approve technical approaches, products, and processes.Manage, develop, and motivate employees to achieve high performance.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
