Technical Support Specialist

This Tech Support role in Harrisburg, PA involves providing end-point device support and management, working closely with security, network, application teams, and end-users. The position focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining laptops, tablets, and mobile phones, supporting Office 365 and Microsoft Teams, and utilizing tools like SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory to ensure device security and functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Create PowerShell scripts for reporting and automation tasks.
- Support Microsoft Teams for video, meetings, and collaboration.
- Provide Office 365 productivity application support.
- Utilize SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory Group Policies to update devices, distribute software, and enforce security controls.
- Collaborate with Security, Network, Application Teams, and Business Areas to resolve technical issues.
- 1-2 years of relevant technical support experience.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Office 365 applications.
- Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory Group Policies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues on end-point devices.
- Experience working in a technical services support team environment.
- Certifications related to Microsoft technologies or endpoint management tools.
- Role requires collaboration across multiple technical and business teams.
- Focus on maintaining security and compliance of end-point devices.
- Regular shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Position duration: 12+ months with possibility of extension.
