We're hiring a Maintenance Technician at RISE Vols - someone who knows how to keep pace without cutting corners.

You're not just fixing issues - you're keeping the community running the way it should.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Completing service requests in a timely and quality-focused manner
• Diagnosing maintenance issues and resolving them effectively
• Supporting preventative maintenance across the community
• Assisting with unit turns and move-in readiness
• Maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the property
• Communicating clearly with residents and team members
• Following safety standards and company procedures
