Pay:$18

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Awning Installer . This role involves measuring, preparing job sites, installing awnings, and ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, and to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Read blueprints, to ensure precise installation of awnings according to project specifications.
Prepare job sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment while following all safety procedures.
Install a variety of awnings, including fabric, metal, and custom-built structures, ensuring secure and professional attachment to building exteriors.
Conduct site inspections during and after installations to verify quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, fasten, and finish materials such as aluminum, fabric, wood, and related components.

Qualifications

Previous experience in awning installation, construction, carpentry, exterior remodeling, or a related field preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
Experience with construction inspection and quality control practices.
Ability to safely operate heavy equipment when required for site preparation or material handling.
Proficiency with construction tools, including tape measures, levels, drills, saws, and other hand and power tools.
Strong understanding of safety procedures, especially ladder safety and working at heights.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
