Here are the qualifications we're looking for:Educational Background: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Alternatively, a technical degree or relevant military training.Technical Proficiency: Prior experience with hand tools, basic electrical test equipment, and familiarity with Microsoft operating systems.Physical Capability: Ability to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted, and willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, including overtime.Adaptability: Comfortable working in industrial environments and possessing excellent communication and customer service skills.Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a must.Additionally, it would be advantageous if you have:Previous Experience: Installing and troubleshooting industrial electronics, machinery, or computer systems.CMM Experience: While not mandatory, prior experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines would be beneficial.
