Now Hiring for 1st Shift Production Positions Current Openings: Trim Press Operator Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Secondary Assembly Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Production Parts Hanger Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (4-day work week) About Deco Products Deco Products was founded in 1960 in downtown Decorah, Iowa. The name "Deco" comes from the first four letters of Decorah. Today, Deco Products is the largest stand-alone dedicated zinc die caster in North America. Our zinc castings are used in products found throughout everyday life. We serve a wide range of industries, including: Office furniture Windows and doors Commercial vehicles and trucking Recreational vehicles (RV) Electrical products Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) Examples of products we manufacture include office chair brackets, window locks, brake valve components for semi-trucks, motorhome window operators, and broom and mop components. What You'll Do Depending on the position, responsibilities may include: Operating production equipment and machinery Trimming, assembling, or hanging parts for processing Inspecting parts to ensure quality standards are met Following work instructions and production requirements Maintaining a clean and safe work area Working as part of a team to meet customer expectations What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Excellent attendance and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Commitment to quality and safety Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Why Work at Deco Products?
