Keystone Fence Supply Co is seeking a Sales Manager to provide leadership to sales efforts and drive continued growth. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process from start to finish, utilize data to make effective decisions, develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, and achieve sales goals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing team members to advance their success. The ability to foster a collaborative environment, build a cohesive team, and work effectively with company leaders is essential to the role. Sales Manager Position Qualifications : At least 3 years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development Demonstrated leadership experience including developing people/teams An understanding of construction, agriculture, building supply or related industries, a plus, but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, required; The ability to advance and leverage technology for efficiencies, strongly preferred Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, essential Demonstrated community involvement, desired #J-18808-Ljbffr
