Job Description Overview The Inventory Control Temp is responsible to maintain the integrity of transactional entries for the movement of product to/from the Finished Goods Vault including overall inventory accuracy. Responsibilities To verify and transact finished goods product as it is surrendered by various departments. To ensure that all product handled is ticketed correctly and represented accurately in a finished goods vault location. To ensure that all product labeled and transacted is put away in its location accurately Systematically transfer inspected styles to appropriate locations. Stamp all transacted inventory Oversees the accurate handling of product necessary for presentations and review. Participates in the daily pick-up of product from various departments Report all inventory discrepancies, inaccuracies, and performance related issues to the Finished Goods Vault Supervisor. Responsible for conducting cycle counts on product and ensuring the product is labeled and handled well. Will be held accountable for the accuracy of transactions and the timing in which they occur. Responsible for ensuring that all product is secured nightly and the vault is closed. All other duties may be assigned and directed by the Management team. Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills, multi-tasking and time management abilities. Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word. Ability to adapt to a highly changing environment. Education High School or above but not required with sufficient experience.
