Job Description Job Description Job Description Seeking a construction laborer to assist with facilities maintenance and installation duties. All tools required to perform daily tasks are provided. Responsibilities Use hand and power tools to perform basic facilities maintenance and repairs, including basic carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, and painting tasks. Assist with the installation of skirting, ramps, steps, fencing, and other set-up components. Perform grounds and yard maintenance as needed, including organizing units, maintaining clear pathways, and supporting general site upkeep. Essential Skills: At least 1 year of construction experience, which may include concrete labor, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or facilities maintenance. Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools for maintenance, repair, and assembly tasks. Capability to work safely in a warehouse and yard environment in varying weather conditions. Pay Rate: $19-$21/hr Shift: 6am-2:30pm Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
