Your role is essential in ensuring residents receive quality meals that meet their dietary needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and serve meal trays based on dietary guidelinesAssist with meal service and food preparationClear trays, wash dishes, and operate the dishwasherMonitor and record dishwasher temperature and sanitation levelsPrepare snacks and nourishments for residentsSweep, mop, and maintain kitchen and dining areasClean work surfaces, refrigerators, and equipmentStore food and supplies safely and properlyRemove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout shiftFollow all food safety and infection control proceduresSupport the cook and dietary supervisor as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust obtain and maintain a Food Handler’s CertificationExperience in a healthcare or food service setting preferredAbility to learn food service routines quicklyStrong teamwork and communication skillsReliable, organized, and detail-orientedWhy Join Cherrydale Post Acute?At Cherrydale, you’re more than just an employee—you’re part of a team that values your contributions and supports your growth.
