This role is perfect for a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse with a background in managing diverse patient needs. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, providing vital support to patients and medical teams alike.

Key Responsibilities of the ER RN

• Provide care in a General Emergency Department for combined Adult/Pediatric cases
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
• Perform phlebotomy and start IVs
• Administer Blood Products, Emergency Medications, and Procedural Sedation
• Administer and manage IV paralytics, sedation, and vasopressors
• Provide Central line care/management
• Apply Isolation Precautions as necessary

Requirements of the ER RN

• 1 year of relevant experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• Mandatory competency in phlebotomy and IV placement
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
