Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Emergency Room care for adults to join a dynamic healthcare team in Rochester, NY on a travel contract basis. This role involves working in a state-of-the-art emergency department offering critical emergency care to adults and geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse ER (Adult)

• Administer IV therapy, including blood product administration and IV vasopressors
• Manage CPAP/BiPAP and ventilator support for patients
• Provide care for neuro-trauma cases, spinal cord injuries, and stroke patients
• Conduct cardiac monitoring and manage dysrhythmias
• Deliver emergency care for adult and pediatric patients, including gunshot wounds and ortho trauma
• Implement isolation precautions and triage procedures

Requirements of the Registered Nurse ER (Adult)

• Active New York Single State RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system
