Inventory Asset Manager (Austin)

Job Title Inventory Asset Manager Location In-person in one of the following cities: Denver, Nashville, Austin, Boston, Seattle, DFW, Atlanta, or Detroit Role Type Contract-to-Hire Must Have Skills Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned areas Strong background in asset inventory tracking, reconciliation, and reporting Experience with process analysis, workflows, and continuous improvement Advanced Excel skills and data reconciliation expertise Experience using PowerBI or similar dashboard/visualization tools Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus Responsibilities and Job Details Own and manage asset inventory processes across multiple locations Track, reconcile, and report on inventory data to ensure accuracy and compliance Identify inefficiencies in asset tracking workflows and lead improvement efforts Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure asset data integrity Leverage PowerBI or similar tools to visualize inventory and reporting metrics Continuously improve processes for scalability and performance Maintain high responsiveness and accountability to internal teams Adapt quickly to new challenges and drive change where necessary Prepare and maintain documentation for inventory control procedures Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams Provide training and guidance to team members as needed Support future asset management initiatives and system upgrades Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Management Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr Covenant HR
