Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

We are hiring for a Part Time PMHNP in Sonoma. The Nurse Practitioner role is part time, an hourly rate of $90 - $110, time: 10 hrs - 8 hours on site 1 day a week and the rest would be remote, the team is seeking a candidate with a license in California. The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) will be responsible for the on‑site delivery of psychiatric services to young individuals enrolled in various programs at Hanna Center, including individuals age 12-25 participating in the Coordinated Specialty Care program who meet criteria for Clinical High Risk for Psychosis (CHRp) or First Episode of Psychosis (FEP) and individuals 15-20 residing on campus as part of the Transition Housing Program (THP) and Non Public School (NPS).
