Assistant Project ManagerWorks with Sales Reps on fulfilling all required information to fully initiate Special Orders. Relays this information to the Sales Rep and the Vendors.Assists with training of new staff.Work with Sales Reps on fulfilling required information for special ordersProviding confirmed information to Sales Person and or vendorFollows through with Vendors for CNT informationCRM SPO managementProviding quotes to the SalesRepProviding necessary documents to confirm the orders with vendorsIssuing documents for approval while quote/ order is being preparedOther duties as assignedExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent sales and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.High school diploma or equivalent.At least two years related experience required.Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 commensurate with experience
