Pharmacy Manager at Rx relief – Urbana, IL Base pay range $135,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Job Specifics and Requirements Location: Urbana, IL (must be able to work near Urbana) Licensure: Open, active, and in good standing IL State Pharmacist License Education: Pharm. D. Experience: 1+ years of previous management experience in a retail pharmacy setting Schedule: Full‑time Background/Drug Requirements: Must successfully complete background check, health and drug screen Job Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the 340B program operations, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and program guidelines. Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for 340B program management. Conduct regular audits of 340B claims and inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent diversion. Monitor contract pharmacy relationships and ensure adherence to 340B requirements. Collaborate with organizational leadership to maximize program savings while maintaining compliance. Train and supervise pharmacy staff on 340B program requirements and best practices. Maintain accurate records and documentation for potential HRSA audits. Analyze program data and prepare reports on program performance and cost savings. Coordinate with wholesalers, manufacturers, and third‑party administrators to optimize program benefits. Stay current on 340B regulations, guidance, and industry changes. Resolve discrepancies and address any compliance concerns promptly. Serve as the primary point of contact for 340B program inquiries. Manage split‑billing processes and ensure proper patient eligibility determination.
