- Broad knowledge of cloud-based phone system software.
- Experience in data processing with extreme accuracy.
- Advanced nun-chuck skills. (May be optional).
- Eat pressure and high-intensity situations for breakfast.
- Ability to work within a team atmosphere. At no point will you be allowed to be a lone ranger.
What will you be doing here?
- Processing information and inputting it into different systems.
- Answering multiple phone lines and routing calls to team members.
- Providing digital document organization skills to team members.
- Helping team members troubleshoot computer/printer/software issues.
- Providing support in every feasible way possible to our clients in a caring and friendly manner.
