About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Patient Access and Pre-Access. This critical leadership role is responsible for the strategic oversight, assessment, integration, and implementation of patient access operations across new and existing client partnerships. The successful candidate will provide direct leadership and operational oversight for various high-impact functions, including patient access assessments, client implementations, and integrations. The AVP will also serve as the primary bridge between business development, implementation teams, client leadership, and operational service lines to ensure the successful deployment and long-term adoption of patient access strategies. Extensive leadership capabilities are required to guide large, diverse teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Candidates for the AVP position should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or a combination of education and equivalent work experience, with at least 5 years' in revenue cycle, patient access, or pre-access experience in a hospital or large health system. A similar amount of leadership experience is also necessary. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing multiple, geographically dispersed health systems, and a strong background in implementing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in AI and a successful history of translating AI into business outcomes. Strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence change management are essential. The AVP will be expected to have effective communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a certification in CRCR within 9 months of employment.
