Enterprise Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Enterprise Project Manager - Consultant will oversee and manage large-scale projects within the organization, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives. This role requires coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders, with a focus on maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The position is hybrid with potential for fully onsite work and requires residency in South Carolina. Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables to meet business goals.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security requirements.
• Facilitate virtual interviews and onboarding processes as needed.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a project manager in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Current residency in South Carolina; relocation not permitted.
• Security clearance as required by the position.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience working in government or public sector projects.
• Familiarity with hybrid work environments and flexible onsite requirements.
• Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.

Special Considerations:

• Candidate must be a current resident of South Carolina; no relocation allowed.
• Role is hybrid with 3 days onsite per week, subject to change to fully onsite with little to no notice.
• Security clearance is required for this position.

Scheduling:

• Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
• Contract duration is 12 months with possibility for extension.
• Work schedule includes hybrid onsite and remote work, with potential shift to fully onsite.
