You will utilize telehealth technologies to deliver services, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need without geographical barriers. Key Responsibilities Provide individualized mental health and substance use counseling sessions, ensuring that each appointment meets the specific needs of the client. Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by your clients. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with industry regulations and organizational standards. Engage in ongoing communication with healthcare providers and participate in case management for clients to coordinate comprehensive treatment approaches. Support clients in navigating their recovery journeys, facilitating both individual and couples therapy sessions aimed at fostering healthier relationships. Utilize our billing service that oversees claims and manages client accounts, allowing you to focus more on providing care than administrative tasks. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will encompass youth, adults, and families who have been referred to our outpatient services. You will be dedicated to addressing the complex needs of clients experiencing mental health issues alongside substance use disorders. Your ability to work with a variety of clinical presentations will be crucial as you navigate treatment plans addressing diverse backgrounds and personal circumstances. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a human services or behavioral health-related field. Current LCSW license in the state of California. A minimum of two years of full-time paid experience working in chemical dependency, mental health, or adolescent treatment. Preferred Experience Training or experience in couples therapy or related fields will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health records systems. Compensation and Benefits Our compensation package is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
