Youth Housing Support Staff
Cocoon House
Cocoon House seeks Youth Housing Support Staff to provide direct support to at-risk and homeless youth in shelter and housing programs. In this role, you’ll build trusting relationships, support daily living skills, monitor safety, and respond to crises using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. Working within a collaborative, inclusive team, you’ll help youth work toward stability, education, and independence while maintaining accurate documentation and partnering with case managers and community resources.
