Senior Maintenance Technician II - On-Call, Resident-Focused
Balfour Beatty Communities
The Maintenance Technician at Balfour Beatty Communities is responsible for maintaining the overall physical condition of the community and delivering world-class service to residents. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure all service requests are completed promptly and safely. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and certifications such as EPA 608 or boiler, with a valid driver's license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
