Licensed Land Surveyor

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Licensed Land Surveyor to join a growing and fast‑paced professional engineering environment in Warrington, Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for a motivated survey professional who enjoys managing projects, leading teams, and working across a diverse portfolio of land development, utility, roadway, and construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the Survey Department and will be involved in all aspects of survey project planning, production, quality control, and client coordination. Projects include boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, utility as‑builts, roadway projects, and construction stakeout services. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with field crews, technicians, and clients while contributing to technically challenging and rewarding survey projects.
