Be part of a collaborative, analytical, and results-oriented team where together we can achieve greatness and make a real impact./ppYour potential is our inspiration./ppWhere Youll Make a Difference/pulliLead and support tax due diligence and integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including detailed step-plan management and coordination with internal teams and external advisors./liliOwn the quarterly and annual corporate income tax provision related to MA activity, including discontinued operations, held-for-sale entities, uncertain tax positions, and effective tax rate analysis in compliance with ASC 740./liliAnalyze and communicate the tax impacts of MA transactions on reported and forecasted effective tax rates, isolating transaction-driven impacts./liliPartner with the Global Accounting team to incorporate tax accounting implications of transactions using OneSource Tax Provision, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and applicable local regulations./liliSupport the stand-up of tax functions for separated or newly acquired entities, including tax provision processes, SOX 404 controls, ERP tax configuration, and indirect tax compliance frameworks./liliReview consolidated and subsidiary income tax returns and workpapers prepared by external advisors, including return-to-provision analyses and tax basis balance sheet validations./liliMonitor changes in US GAAP, SEC guidance, and tax legislation, ensuring timely adoption into tax provision, reporting, and planning processes./liliBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and financial statement auditors, serving as a key technical resource on MA tax matters./li/ulpWhat Makes You the Right Fit/pulliBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field; Masters in Taxation or Accounting is a plus./lili7+ years of progressive tax experience, including tax accounting and MA, with a combination of Big 4 and in-house experience at a US-based multinational public company./liliStrong expertise in ASC 740 tax accounting for US GAAP reporting./liliDemonstrated experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex transactions from a tax accounting perspective./liliProficiency with tax accounting systems and ERP platforms, including OneSource Tax Provision./liliProven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while managing multiple priorities and tight timelines./liliStrong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Finance and the broader organization./li/ulpHow Would You Stand Out?/pulliCPA certification./liliExperience supporting spin-offs, carve-outs, or large-scale global restructurings./liliDemonstrated success driving process improvements and automation in tax provision or reporting./li/ulpWhy Choose Us?/pulliOpportunity to work on strategic, high-impact MA transactions at a global organization./liliA collaborative and flexible remote work environment./liliExposure to a dynamic, global tax organization with opportunities for growth./liliCommitment to professional development and continuous learning./liliA purpose-driven culture focused on innovation, integrity, and inclusion./liliThe chance to contribute to products enjoyed by consumers worldwide./li/ulpWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
