Sr. Art Director

Our client is seeking a Sr. Art Director to join their dynamic team. As a Sr. Art Director, you will be an integral part of the creative department supporting innovative campaigns and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and a passion for visual storytelling, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Saint Louis, Missouri - Hybrid

What's the Job?

• Conceptualize and design compelling omnichannel consumer communications, including traditional advertising, print, digital, and social media campaigns.
• Ensure high-quality design recommendations and executions, maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.
• Operate with autonomy by managing project assignments, meeting deadlines, and effectively applying feedback.
• Present and defend your creative work confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Account Managers, Strategy teams, vendors, and other creative professionals to produce innovative solutions.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree with a focus on design or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma for both digital and print design.
• Strong understanding of designing for traditional channels and digital platforms, including social media, ecommerce, and digital advertising.
• Excellent typography skills and motion design experience, including After Effects and animated GIFs; additional After Effects expertise is a plus.
