What You'll Do
Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations in Rome, Georgia
Lead, coach, and develop both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Ensure outstanding guest service and a welcoming atmosphere in our Rome, Georgia restaurant
Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational systems
Help drive sales, manage labor costs, and maintain profitability
Foster a positive culture that makes our Rome, Georgia location a great place to work
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role
Strong leadership and team development skills
Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
