GLOW delivers intense, high-quality imagery with excellent visibility even in bright ambient light and over long viewing distances, while keeping the glass transparent when not in use. With patent-pending technology and upcoming products like “Glass,” Lumen8 Laboratories is entering the marketplace with solutions that offer both standard clear windows and powerful projection capabilities in the same surface.
Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Position – Outside Representative role is based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area. The Outside Representative will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients across commercial and architectural sectors, and promoting Lumen8’s optical coatings and display solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting prospects and customers, presenting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales. The role also involves managing a sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, providing post-sale support, and gathering market feedback to help refine go-to-market strategies. The Outside Representative will collaborate closely with internal teams for product training, marketing activities, and customer onboarding.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive support, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to prospect, qualify leads, conduct meetings, and close deals in a competitive market.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to educate clients on product use and support basic territory planning and sales reporting.
- Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in technology, audiovisual, architectural, or building materials industries.
- Ability to travel locally within the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area, manage a field-based schedule, and work independently.
- Comfort with CRM systems, basic data analysis of sales metrics, and standard office productivity tools.
- High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
