Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef with daily food preparation.
- Set up and break down lunch service for a private company.
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas.
- Stock refrigerators, kitchenettes, and supplies as needed.
- Receive, organize, and store deliveries.
- Assist with general kitchen organization and ensure food safety standards are maintained.
- Perform other kitchen support duties as required.
