Manager Operations Administration Req ID: 47790 Date: May 28, 2026 Location: Virtual-8, US Company: Sonepar Brand: OneSource Distributors, LLC What you will do: Lead month end operations and close out of all branches Become an expert for new operations processes and procedures Manage branch operations specialists to provide coverage to all necessary branches Act as liaison between branch operations & central distribution center operations Identify needs and training opportunities for branch operations specialists Collaborate on regional month end calls Collaborate with sales operations managers and other cross functional teams to support sales & customer satisfaction What you will bring: 5 years of Industry/OneSource experience Advanced knowledge of OneSource Operations and Eclipse Proficiency using O365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities and communication skills Self‑motivated and teamwork focused Desire to improve processes and associate performance Location: This role is based in California/Remote Work hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Salary Range: This is an exempt position that pays $85,000 - $120,000 annually. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
