Who We Want Talent magnets who know how to identify and attract innovative engineers and technical professionals in highly competitive markets Strategic partners who collaborate effectively with senior technology leaders and influence hiring decisions with credibility and insight Modern recruiters who actively integrate AI tools and technology into their daily workflow and embrace innovation in recruiting practices Disciplined executors who manage concurrent searches with urgency, follow-through and strong attention to detail Results-driven achievers who thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and remain composed under pressure Credible brand ambassadors who communicate with polish and confidence while representing Gallup’s mission and values to candidates What You’ll Do Partner with technology leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and define forward-looking recruiting strategies Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from proactive outreach through offer execution Proactively identify, engage and qualify passive candidates through modern sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and technical communities Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines Advise hiring partners on talent market dynamics, candidate expectations and effective hiring practices Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance Collaborate with recruiting and employer brand partners to strengthen Gallup’s presence in technical talent communities The Technology You’ll Influence You will hire across software engineering, data engineering, cybersecurity, platform engineering and technical leadership. These technologists power: Large-scale data and analytics platforms Cloud infrastructure and distributed systems Machine learning and advanced analytics Modern web and application development Enterprise-scale data engineering and security What You Need At least five years of experience recruiting for technical roles in software engineering, data engineering, platform engineering or cybersecurity required Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging and qualifying passive technical candidates required Strong understanding of software engineering, data engineering and cybersecurity skill sets required Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-assisted sourcing platforms and/or similar recruiting tools preferred A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s San Francisco office at least three days per week required Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship About Gallup At Gallup, we change the world, one client at a time, through extraordinary analytics and advice on everything important facing humankind. We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $110,000-$145,000 for this role.
