The O'Malley State Farm Agency is looking for a friendly, motivated Account Representative to join our team!

This role is all about building relationships, helping people with their insurance needs, and contributing to the continued growth of our agency. You'll work with both new and existing customers—providing quotes, explaining coverage options, answering questions, and helping people feel confident about their insurance decisions.

We're looking for someone who is personable, dependable, organized, and motivated to do well. Insurance experience is a plus, but it's not everything. We can teach insurance—we're more interested in finding someone with great communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the right personality for our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Connect with new prospects and existing customers by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Provide quotes for Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
• Get to know customers and recommend coverage based on their individual needs.
• Follow up on quotes and help new customers get their coverage started.
• Identify opportunities to better protect existing customers.
• Build relationships that lead to long-term customers and referrals.
• Keep customer information and follow-ups organized and accurate.
• Contribute to individual and agency goals while providing a great customer experience.

Already insurance licensed? Great! Not licensed yet? That's okay too. For the right candidate, you'll be provided and/or reimbursed 100% of the licensing and exam fees necessary licensing and training resources to pass the state's insurance licensing exams. So, all you'll need to focus on is learning!

COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL
You'll start with a competitive hourly wage plus commission opportunities beginning Day 1. That means you'll have the stability of an hourly wage with the opportunity to earn much more through commissions as you contribute to the agency's growth. For motivated team members, our commission structure provides excellent additional earning potential without placing a cap on ambition.
