Beginning August 24th, 2026, and concluding June 2nd, 2027, youll work approximately 68 days (totaling about 544 hours) to help manage and enhance health services for a district serving fewer than 500 students. Desired Experience and Qualifications Valid RN, LPN, CNA, or CMA license/certification Experience or passion for pediatric or school-based care is highly valued Familiarity with state immunization requirements and compliance processes Strong organizational skills and attention to confidentiality Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and office staff Clear communication, documentation, and record-keeping abilities Key Responsibilities Monitor district-wide compliance with state-mandated immunization reporting Regularly review student health files to ensure up-to-date and accurate documentation Guide and coordinate the creation and implementation of individualized health plans for students Evaluate physician orders and provide essential training to office staff on safe medication distribution and related student services Lead the entry and release of Medicaid-reimbursable health services Contributing your expertise in this setting means youll have a direct impact on student safety, access to care, and district-wide health policies.
