What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab, supporting complex interventional procedures such as TAVR, MitraClip, and neuro interventions.

• Perform circulating, scrubbing, and hemodynamic monitoring functions across diverse cardiac cases. • Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation, monitor critical patients, and ensure sterile technique. • Support various procedures including coronary angiography, peripheral vascular interventions, and structural heart procedures. • Float between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier facilities, assisting where needed, including more complex cases at WKMC North. • Participate in orientation and precepting, ensuring compliance with safety and procedural protocols. • Cover rotating overnight calls and weekend shifts as scheduled.

What You Need

• Required:
• Registered Nurse license (Louisiana preferred)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Valid driver's license to float between facilities
• Minimum 3 years RN experience, with at least 1.5 years in Cath Lab procedures
• Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate in cardiac and peripheral vascular cases
• Experience with IVUS, EKOS, FFR, Laser, and atherectomy devices are a plus
• Preferred:
• Experience with Merge hemodynamic monitoring systems
• RCIS certification is a plus but not required
• Strong critical patient assessment skills
