What You’ll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to pre-term and surgical NICU patients in a Level 3 unit
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide bedside telemetry monitoring
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including RTs, PTs, OTs, Nurse Practitioners, and CRNAs
• Administer medications and support patient stabilization
• Maintain accurate charting using Meditech Expanse EMR system
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Follow facility protocols for PPE and infection control

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or able to obtain
• BLS, NRP, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 1 year NICU experience or higher
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
  Key Skills:
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting

Preferred:

• Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR
• Previous hospital NICU experience
